Why squatting is so great.

Squats are a compound exercise. That means they hit a group of muscles, not just one like a machine. There is nothing quite like having that full body sweat after a hard session of squats.

They will build your legs and glutes like no other exercise, and overall strength.

Some people don't squat, and it really detracts from their physique when they have a huge upper body and small legs. SQUAT!
